Congratulations to photographer Joe Houde and his image titled, "Umbrellas in Catania Italy", for winning first place in the Color Print Category at the HCCC July 2023 Photo Competition.
HCCC Board Members created this new event for their members as a pre-cursor to their popular PhotoQuest Art Show.
The July contest, judged by Kathy Weigand M. Photog. from Fredericksburg TX., was held at the Kerr Arts & Cultural Center (KACC) in Kerrville Texas.
As a winning image, Houde's photo was also hand-selected by Weigand as an invited guest artist. His artwork will be displayed and available for purchase through Western Galleries for a limited time - August 2023!
