JOANNE SPENCER WINS BEST IN SHOW

Congratulations to Western Galleries's represented artist, JoAnne Spencer, on winning the 2023 Best of Show Award with her watercolor titled, "Ice Storm", at the annual Gaudalupe Watercolor Group (GWG) 2023 Spring Art Show.  
The annual Hill Country art event is currently displayed in the Avery Gallery at the Kerrville Arts & Cultural Center (KACC), located in Kerrville Texas.

JoAnne's remaining three entries also earned other various judge's awards - a full sweep!

While Spencer enjoys creating original watercolors with a combination of classical & impressionism style, she also enjoys working with oils.

JoAnne and her husband, Robert (Bob) Spencer, are both established artists, and are represented at Western Galleries, an online art gallery based in Fredericksburg.

The GWG Spring Art Show is open April 13 - May 13, 2023 at KACC in Kerrville TX. Be sure to stop by the exhibit when in the area!
