CALVIN CARTER'S ARTWORK PUBLISHED
Calvin Carter's new artwork titled, "That Shining Moment" has been selected as the cover of the November 2025 issue of TEXAS OUTDOORS Journal national sporting magazine.
The artist created this dog hunting scene using gouache on Arches 300 lb fine art paper.

Texas artist Calvin Carter greatly enjoys the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing sporting activities that are inspirations behind most of his paintings.
But Calvin also enjoys the history of the Old West, creating a smaller number of original Native American, cowboy, and western artworks.
Although well established in the sporting art world, Calvin's western artworks have gained many impressive accolades including:
• Selected by western art committee's / art groups as their national ad campaign's featured artist in major national western art magazines, Grand Opening exhibition ads + exhibition catalog.
