For western artist Tim "Pops" Vanya, a full time career in art came later in life.  Born in South Africa, he earned art awards starting in first grade, but as an adult he pursued other career opportunities.  Along his life's jou

rney to the professional art industry, he has also worked on a boat crew in the yachting industry, life guard, cabinet maker, iron worker, and served as a South Texas Police Officer (retired).

Growing up watching classic western movies & TV shows, the cowboy way of life has always
